How many times a day will my dog be allowed outside for a potty break?

A) We let the dogs out four times a day to stretch their legs and sniff around.

Do I bring my pets own food?

A) You are free to bring your own food as long as it is labeled with the pets name, ow often fed, and stored in Ziplock bags (no other dog food bags or containers please).

What if my pet gets sick while boarding?

A) Our Kennel is operated as part of Bonnie Brae Veterinary Hospital and our Kennel Care Technicians are trained to look out for any changes in your animal’s appearance and behavior while boarding.  If medical treatment was necessary we would have a doctor from Bonnie Brae Veterinary Hospital examine your animal.  You or your emergency contact can arrange to be notified at the time of check in.

My dog is older and may need extra TLC, what do you offer for the older pets?

A) We can accommodate your older pet with an orthopedic bed pad ($2.00 per day) and we have a variety of ways to make your pet as comfortable as possible while here.  Our staff is trained to administer your pets medications (treatment charges apply) while here.  Please let kennel staff know when you are making a reservation.

My cat likes to be free.  Does your Cattery provide free time for my cat to roam?

A) We can meet your cat’s needs by giving time out in our cat room.  Each cat is allotted time to roam at the owners request.
